Eisteddfod gives business boost to local fine dining restaurant!

This afternoon, I met with Stephen Terry, the head chef and owner of the Hardwick Restaurant in Abergavenny.

We discussed his use of local produce in the restaurant and how the Hardwick has benefitted from the Eisteddfod this year.
