A taste of Welsh talents

2 August 2015

Nothing can beat the beautiful voices of Wales that resonate through the whole maes of Eisteddfod. As we walk into a tent where three Three singersfemale vocals are singing traditional songs, my eyes and mind are captivated at the same time by the sublime harmony.

It’s my first close taste of Welsh music at the festival but an unforgettable glance in all respect, not to mention those delicately laid harps on tables for visitors to appreciate-an artistic trademark of Wales. The artists are singing with confident smiles; audience are listening with attentive hearts.

The size of the maes, the broad dimentions of the content and the rich touch of history… One can hardly imagine how many talented people Wales has to offer. In the dancing pavillion in which holds a competition, I was once again amazed by the Contestantsenergy and talent of the young Welsh people.

Lost in the ocean of Welsh cultures, I’m looking forward to meeting more amazing talents on the maes.
